My video is taking a long time
Queued and rendering are different problems.
The job page distinguishes waiting for the provider from actually rendering. A job that says it is queued is waiting for a slot at the provider; one that says it is generating is being rendered.
Rendering time scales with length and quality, and differs several-fold between models. A 5-second clip is usually a few minutes. Longer, higher quality, or a busy provider can make it considerably more.
You do not have to keep the tab open. The job continues on our servers and the library shows it when it is done.
