Include whatever applies:

• the email address on your account
• a link to the job, if it is about a specific video
• what you expected and what happened instead
• for a billing question, the date and amount

For anything involving money — a charge you do not recognise, a refund that has not arrived, a balance that looks wrong — say so plainly in the subject line. Those are handled first.
