My generation failed
You have already been refunded. Here is what usually causes it.
A failed generation is refunded automatically and in full. The job page says what happened in plain language. The common causes:
- The image looks like a real person. The provider refuses photographs of real people. Use a synthetic image, or describe the person in the prompt with no image at all.
- The prompt was rejected by content moderation. Rephrase it.
- The model was briefly unavailable or overloaded. Try again; nothing is charged for the failure.
- The reference video or audio could not be read. Re-upload it.
If a job failed and you were not refunded within a few minutes, email support@remerged.ai with the job link — that is a fault on our side, not yours.
