What you may and may not create
The short version of the acceptable use terms.
You may not use the service to create:
- anything unlawful
- sexual content involving minors
- non-consensual intimate imagery
- deceptive impersonation of real people
- harassment
- anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property
Prompts and outputs pass automated moderation; a rejected generation is refunded. Accounts that violate this are suspended.
